The Youth Achievement Luncheon is our Signature Fundraiser and a great way to honor and showcase our mentees and their accomplishments. We have one of the finest mentoring programs in the state and the funds we raise at the luncheon and during the year are vital to our program’s continued development and the success of our mentees. We would love for you to attend our events and see the work we are doing with our current mentees.

PAST EVENTS & ACTIVITIES
The Jazz Brunch fundraiser event hosted by the 100 Black Men of North Metro Atlanta, Inc. features a local jazz band with a wonderful buffet-style brunch. The day includes a showcase of local small business vendors as well as a silent auction. Approximately 300 guests purchase tickets and come out to enjoy this event. All proceeds from ticket sales support the young men in our Men of Tomorrow mentoring program.
At this Suicide Education and Response event, we gained much-needed information about current statistics on suicide in the U.S., learned myths vs. facts on suicide ideation, gained an understanding of the process of suicide ideation in the brain, learned tools for facilitating a conversation with someone who may be experiencing thoughts of suicide and how to build a safety and follow-up plan, and reviewed resources.
